Return & Refund Policies

Returns (if needed)
Returns on products are accepted; however, must be returned within 14 days from receiving the item under the following conditions: 
  • The product must be in an unused condition along with all original packaging
  • All labels must be retained
  • Receipt or digital proof of purchase

Refunds (if needed)

Customers will receive an e-mail notification that the product has been received and inspected. Customers will be informed that the returned product either passed or failed the inspection. If approved, a refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically returned to the mode of payment used to purchase the product.
Late or missing refunds (if needed)
In the case of not receiving a refund, follow the following steps:
  • Double check to see if funds have been successfully returned to your bank account
  • Contact credit card company to ensure refund is officially posted 
  • Contact bank to make sure refund is in the processing state
